Homeseller는 싱가포르에서 가장 실적이 좋은 부동산 중개인 중 한 사람이 설립한 대량 거래 부동산 중개사입니다. 이 운영의 전부는 WhatsApp 위에서 돌아갑니다. 이메일도, 캘린더도 없고, 오직 고객·에이전트·리드가 함께 있는 수천 개의 그룹 채팅뿐입니다.

이 방식은, 그 아래 깔린 비즈니스를 이해해야 할 때 한계를 드러냅니다. 어떤 딜이 막혀 있는지, 리드는 어디에서 오는지, 성사율은 어떤지 등을 알고 싶을 때 말이죠. 스프레드시트와 뒤처진 커스텀 CRM만으로는 그런 질문에 답하기가 거의 불가능했습니다.

Mike and Azmat from IGNOU Galaxy stepped in to fix that, not by changing how Homeseller works, but by building a system that finally fit around it.

IGNOU Galaxy rebuilt Homeseller's operations on Nexen, with a custom data model shaped around their sales flow. Because Nexen is open and everything is accessible via API, they connected it to what the business actually needed: n8n for automated workflows (in-app workflows were not available at that time), Grafana for live dashboards fed from Nexen, and a custom AI layer to parse and extract structured insights from more than 2,000 WhatsApp messages a day.

Homeseller의 습관은 그대로였습니다. WhatsApp은 여전히 WhatsApp이었습니다. 달라진 점은 이제 그 대화에서 흘러나오는 모든 것이 구조화된 시스템에 쌓여 실시간으로 추적·분류·가시화된다는 것입니다.

매달 약 150시간의 수동 작업이 절감되었습니다. 비즈니스 오너를 위한 실시간 지표, 운영 인력을 추가하지 않고도 성장을 준비할 수 있는 상태, 예전에는 여러 날에 걸쳐 맞춰봐야 했던 질문에도 답할 수 있는 팀이 생겼습니다.

The full rollout landed in July 2025. Since then, IGNOU Galaxy built a Smart Assistant on top of the system, nudging agents with tasks, reminders, and on-demand market analysis. Some agents never open Twenty directly, yet they are powered by it, outperforming peers on manual processes alone. By Q1 2026, Homeseller had recorded its best sales quarter ever.
