Naarigis is a consulting firm that moved from Salesforce to a self-hosted Nexen instance. Ananya Gupta led the migration. He had already become a Nexen expert implementing Twenty for one of Nexen's first cloud customers.

The dedicated cloud setup means Naarigis owns the full stack: zero vendor lock-in to their data, predictable commercial pricing, and full control over how the system evolves. The migration was fast because of AI; the result is durable because they have full data sovereignty and infinite customizability.
